Sprinting Events
Athletes receive professional coaching in 100m, 200m, and 400m races. Training focuses on
starting technique, acceleration, stride length, speed endurance, and finishing skills. Regular

Middle & Long-Distance Running
For 800m, 1500m, 3000m, and long-distance events, athletes are trained to build endurance,
breathing control, pacing strategies, and mental toughness. Interval runs, tempo training, and

Jumping Events
Athletes are trained in long jump, high jump, and triple jump. Coaches focus on approach run,
